If an accident occurs during the rental you ALWAYS, regardless you have signed for Collision Damage Reduction or not, must complete a damage report which you can find in the car. This report must be returned to us when returning the car. Credit report may occur when renting a car. We do only accept credit-/chargecard as payment (at our office in Södertälje you can pay cash when renting a VW Golf or smaller).
